BIH Last Cohort Through The Startups' Eyes
Our latest cohort took place this spring, and it was one of the most memorable yet, with nine remarkable startups joining us in Silicon Valley to strengthen their scaling strategies. Some of them already spoke to us about their experience.

‘I am thrilled to share my experience as a participant in the BIH acceleration program based in San Francisco. As a founder, I was seeking guidance and support to propel our startup to new heights, and BIH exceeded all expectations. The mentors at BIH are nothing short of exceptional. Their wealth of experience and genuine dedication to helping us succeed made every session invaluable. Participating in the BIH program has been a game-changer. The knowledge gained and connections made have been instrumental in shaping our trajectory toward success. I wholeheartedly recommend BIH to fellow founders who are seeking a transformative experience that can accelerate their journey toward achieving their goals. It truly is a gem among acceleration programs.’ - Radinela Vodar
Background: The company focuses on tennis players as the initial segment and will expand to other individual sports like padel, pickleball, badminton, golf, cycling, and winter sports.
The best thing about BIH is that it really helped me stretch my mind, see new opportunities, and remove mindset barriers that were not helpful for my company's growth. I met with amazing people - experienced, humble, and very willing to help and give back to the community. In general, BIH is a great place if you want to level up your startup game! - Karina Karaga, Founder & CEO of Vodar.
We launched BIH in 2019 with the mission to foster knowledge exchange and cross-cultural collaboration between the entrepreneurial communities in the US and CEE.
Since then, we have witnessed first-hand how the ecosystem has become more mature, and we are ready to double down on our mission to facilitate go-to-market programs that can actively help the scaling process.
The possibility for Bulgaria Innovation Hub to achieve these milestones is achieved with the support of America for Bulgaria Foundation (ABF) - an independent, nonpartisan, and nonpolitical American grant-making foundation working in partnership with Bulgarians to strengthen the country’s private sector and related democratic institutions.
